C) Governing Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The State of South Carolina, in The United States of America, without respect to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with CV, or in any way relating to your use of the CV Site, resides in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the sate and federal courts of South Carolina in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving CV or its affiliates, employees, subsidiaries, directors, officers, contractors, content providers, and telecommunication providers.

D) Export Laws

Cardinal Vision LLC controls and manages the CV site from its principle office in The State of South Carolina, U.S.A. Individuals or organizations choosing to access the CV Site from outside The United States of America do so of their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the local laws of their jurisdiction. Accessing the CV Site from territories where the content within are considered illegal is hereby prohibited.

E) Indemnification

F) Severability

Cardinal Vision LLC may assign its rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without notice to you and/or your approval
